Templates

• Artwork must be from an Emedia template. You can download from a list provided on our website or we can email them to you. Note that even duplication and replication printing can have different disc templates.
• CDs, DVDs and printed sleeves all have templates specific to each manufacturer. 
  Templates for Jewel case inserts, DVD case wraps and inserts, however, are universal.
  Verify that all elements you are including in your project are CMYK.
  All images should be 300 dpi at 100% of the desired size for the project.

Formats

• Accepted file formats that include: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and Photoshop EPS.
• Please do not send us original program files such as Quark, InDesign, Publisher, etc.
• Convert these files to a PDF or TIFF format.
• Send us 2 files for each- one low res with the template embedded for proofing & one hi res without the template for printing.
• All art will be converted to CMYK unless noted at the time of ordering. Some PMS spot color projects may have additional charges.

Proofs

• We will send you a PDF proof of your artwork after we prepare it for press. For Replication or custom printed projects, once your art has been processed by our pre-press department and our PDF proof is emailed to you, any changes will be incur additional set up charges.
• Hard copy proofs are available upon request at additional cost and turnaround time.
• Just let us know when you request a quote or place your order if you need hard copy proofs

Top 5 mistakes in sending us artwork:

• 1.    Not turning off the template on a flattened print file.
• 2.    Not supplying us a proof for layout (with template lines) We need this file to compare our output to yours.
• 3.    Not having bleeds.
• 4.    Not proving art on a template that meets specs.
• 5.    Wrong project file format or fonts not included.
